Happy 6th Birthday Tripp!

Today is Tripp's 6th Birthday! It is so hard to believe that he has grown into a "big kid" so quickly! I will post the full run down later, just wanted to make sure he made it to the blog on his big day! I love you Tripp!

Happy 3rd Birthday Colin!

Colin's birthday this year was so much fun - despite the snow, ice and crazy weather on the night before the party! This year he wanted a "Monster Truck" birthday party. I usually like to write down a few things about each child on their birthday so I can remember how they were. So, here goes: he likes all things with wheels. Trucks, motorcycles (Mo Wo Cycles as he says), cars, monster trucks, trains and everything else you can think of that will roll is right up there on his list! He still loves the famous "blue blankie" but has started to only want it at night (whew, I thought for sure that thing was going to go to college with him :)) He is still not potty trained. His favorite movie right now is Thomas the Tank Engine Hero of the Rails. He still loves all foods and is not a picky eater. He gets upset when he can't do something like the "big boys" in our family - Watch out Tripp and Andrew, his time is coming... He seems to really like sports and is having a lot of fun lately with a Carolina Panthers football that makes noise when you drop it. The boy is a dancer...he loves to "shake his booty" He loves a yellow dump truck he got for Christmas that talks and dances...he joins right in with it, and the "bubble wash" Leap Frog refrigerator toy. He can recite the pledge of allegiance and knows how to spell his name. He also is doing very well with his understanding of letters and their sounds. So, all of that being said...Happy Birthday Baby! I'm missing the baby phase, but I'm so looking forward to the big boy phase. I love you!
